Delete your account

Whiteboard Revision, by Polar Industries.

You can delete your Whiteboard Revision account at any time. You don't need the app installed to do it.

In the app

1. Open Whiteboard Revision and sign in.
2. Tap your name at the top of Home.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Without the app

Either:

• Go to app.whiteboard.academy in any browser, sign in the way you usually do, tap your name at the top of Home and choose Delete account; or
• Email help@whiteboard.academy from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 7 days and reply to confirm. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft, tell us which.

What is deleted

• Straight away, from our server: your name, email address, password hash, sign-in IDs from Apple, Google or Microsoft, your set-up (level, subjects and any exam boards), and your school licence link. Every device signed in to the account is signed out.
• On the device you delete from: your boards, photos, notes and flashcards.

Your boards are only ever stored on your devices, never on our server. If you used the account on another phone, tablet or browser, its boards stay there until you delete the app or clear that browser's data.

What we keep

Nothing from your account stays on our server. Emails you've sent us, and any reports you made with Report a problem, stay in our support inbox.
